City's Free Mulch Still Available, In New Location
The City of Fort Morgan is still offering free mulch for residents to pick up, but the location of the free mulch pile has changed.
The expansion of the city's Light and Power building and the utilities storage yard made the move necessary. These additions encompassed the former site of the mulch pile.
The new location is about ¾ of a mile east of the old site. Travel to the east end of Railroad Avenue and turn right (south) on Barlow Road. The pile is in the field on the east (left) side of Barlow just past the tracks.
