/KASE, May 20, 2022/ - Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 12, 2022, T. Zhanke, a member of the Board of Directors, was excluded from the company's Board of Directors, following his own initiative. Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of six people: K. Sharlapayev, V. Son, Yap Chin Beng, Y. Aukenov, A. Yelemessov, D. Suyentayev.
