Section 1 - Registrant's Business and Operations

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 29, 2021, William E. McLaughlin, III resigned as Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of the Board of Fuse Medical, Inc. (the "Company") as well as from all other positions Mr. McLaughlin held with the Company and its subsidiaries. Mr. McLaughlin had no disagreements with the Company on any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.

On December 3rd, 2021, Fuse Medical, Inc engaged CFO Consulting Partners, LLC to provide interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services, which include oversight and support to the current financial and operational processes and capabilities of the Company, while also providing organizational assessments and tool development while the Company searches for a permanent CFO.
