Last organized in 2017, Turku Tall Ships Races event was the largest public event of the summer in Finland with 500,000 visitors. The event will again attract a broad audience and Turku is preparing to welcome thousands of visitors from all over the world when the big ships arrive to the river side in July. Kauppatori offers the opportunity to participate in this unique event by opening sales points for merchants. The price of the sales place is €500/week (+ VAT). The price does not include entrance or sales place at the event area, market square is located approximately 1km from the event area.

How to apply:

1. Briefly describe products or services you offer. You can also attach pictures of your products or selling point. Point of sales material and tents are not provided by the market square.
2. If you are about to prepare food, consider also providing health & safety documentation from the city of Turku. Applications to h&s needs to be submitted 4 weeks prior to event.
3. In the message field, write the entry "Sales application, Tall Ships Races"
4. Leave the application by e-mail by 31st of March to the address [email protected]
