CyrusOne Aurora I and Aurora II Data Centers Awarded Three Green Globes for Environmental Leadership
DALLAS-(BUSINESS WIRE)-CyrusOne Inc. (NASDAQ: CONE), a premier global REIT, today announced the Green Building Initiative (GBI), following a detailed review process, has awarded the ranking of Three Green Globes® for the Company's Chicago Aurora I and Aurora II Data Centers. The recognition for both data centers on the Aurora campus demonstrates CyrusOne's commitment to applying the best energy, water, and environmental efficiency practices.
Notable achievements from the Three Green Globes recognition include:
- Robust monitoring of mechanical and electrical systems
- Comprehensive facility energy management and sustainability policies implemented at both data centers
- Implementation of a comprehensive purchasing and waste policy that incorporates CyrusOne's sustainability goals
