Volunteers Needed for Great American Cleanup

Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful is looking for volunteers to assist with the Great American Cleanup on Saturday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to noon. Bags, gloves, and vests are provided, as well as lunch.

Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful plans to clean up streets, parks, streams, and schools throughout the city. Volunteers can request a place they want to clean or be assigned a location.

This is the 25^th year of the Great American Cleanup, which provides an excellent opportunity for students, scouts, and members of service clubs to complete community service hours.
