Roderick Jackson, Communications

On April 19^th, Communications Manager Roderick Jackson graduated successfully from APCO Certified Public Safety Executive Program (CPE). This is a six month online program ending with a two(2) week Capstone. The class had 15 managers, deputy directors and directors of 911 emergency communications centers across the country. This program allows participants to explore topics that include: models and theories of leadership, leadership styles, public safety leadership issues, executing and managing change. These classes are taught by instructors that have master's and doctoral level professionals in the field of organizational and leadership development.
