AMBASSADOR-DESIGNATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA TO MONGOLIA PRESENTS THE COPIES OF THE LETTERS OF CREDENCE

Deputy Foreign Minister of Mongolia G.Amartuvshin met with the Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia Mr. Choi Jin Won on April 9, 2024 and received the copies of his Letters of Credence.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister G.Amartuvshin emphasized that relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Korea have been developing in all fields at the high level of "Strategic Partnership". He reaffirmed Mongolia's commitment to further expanding trade and economic cooperation between the two countries, supporting people-to-people exchanges, and deepening and strengthening cooperation in the international and regional arenas, and extended best wishes to the Ambassador in his endeavors.

Ambassador-designate Choi Jin Won expressed his delight to be back in Mongolia, appointed as the Ambassador this time around. He underlined that his priorities include the deepening of political ties, boosting of trade and investment cooperation, including the Economic Partnership Agreement between Mongolia and Korea, strengthening people-to-people ties, and expanding collaboration in the tourism sector.
