SACRAMENTO - Sacramento County Sheriff Jim Cooper, joined by several other partnering law enforcement agencies, will host a press conference to announce the results of a large-scale Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) operation throughout the Sacramento Region, which resulted in over 20 arrests.
