Recent wet weather on the South Coast has seen Yadboro Road closed due to damage. Forestry Corporation of NSW staff and contractors are working to reopen the road as soon as possible.

Yadboro Road is an access point to many local visitor attractions, and visitors should delay their plans until it is reopened, said Forestry Corporation Team Leader, Peter Carstairs.

"Unfortunately this means that visitor sites such as Yadboro Flats campground and Budawang Morton National Park's Pigeon House Mountain Didthul are inaccessible by vehicle at present," Mr Carstairs said.

"We are working to reinstate the road as soon as we can, however with wet weather coming this week there may be extended delays.

"Please continue to check our website for updates about this closure."
