Willsboro male arrested stemming from a domestic dispute

On March 17, 2024, State Police members arrested Cal C. Vincent, age 28 of Willsboro, NY for assault 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child.

On March 17, 2024, at approximately 7:18 a.m., Troopers responded to Farmhouse Way, in the town of Willsboro for a domestic dispute. An investigation determined Vincent and the victim were involved in a verbal argument which turned physical when Vincent lunged forward and headbutted the victim. As the victim was attempting to leave, Vincent grabbed the victims arm causing bruising and threw the victim against the wall. The victim started yelling for help, but Vincent covered the victim's mouth. The victim was able to get away from Vincent. The victim was able to get one child out of the household safely, but Vincent refused to let the other child go with the victim.

Vincent was arrested and transported to SP Lewis for processing. He was arraigned in the town of Chesterfield Court where he was released on his own recognizance.
