Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee has just granted its in-principle approval for the construction of Thuan An 1 and 2 High-Rise Residential and Commercial Complex via Decisions No. 2047/QD-UBND and 2048/QD-UBND on August 11, 2023.

Accordingly, Thuan An 1 high-rise residential building covers approximately 18,146.7 m2, housing an estimated 3,811 dwellers. The maximum height is 39 floors plus 3-4 basements, accommodating about 3,133 apartments.

The high-rise residential Thuan An 2 covers an area of 26,530.7 m2, housing an estimated population of about 3,985 people. The maximum height is 39 floors plus 3-4 basements, comprising around 3,500 apartments and 17 townhouses of a maximum of 5 floors.

Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee approved Hoa Phu Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation as the project's investor.
