A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Damarcus Kincey, #381788

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Damarcus Kincey, #381788. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.

Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than May 31, 2024, to confirm attendance.

Damarcus Kincey was sentenced to two terms of 6 years to 30 years for the crime of Deliver/Manufacture Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine-Habitual 4th; and to a term of 2 years to 15 years for the crime of Deliver/Manufacture Marijuana-Habitual 4th. Damarcus Kincey was sentenced on April 13, 2017, and June 28, 2017, out of Oakland County.

Paula Johnson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
