AFP KEY Vote: YES on S. Con. Res. 3, The Repeal Resolution

On behalf of more than 3.2 million Americans for Prosperity activists in all 50 states, I urge a YES vote on the Obamacare repeal resolution that would provide instructions to authorizing committees by facilitating immediate action on repeal the healthcare law.
We urge you to vote YES on S. Con. Res. 3, The Repeal Resolution. Americans for Prosperity will include this vote in our congressional scorecard.
As the recent election indicates, Americans are unhappy with the current one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare that has failed to live up to the promises President Obama and his allies in Congress made years ago. Since its implementation, millions of Americans have had their healthcare plans cancelled, with reports of a possible 1.4 million Americans losing the plans they had in 2016, forcing them to find new plans at the beginning of this year.
Under the budget reconciliation process, lawmakers have an opportunity to provide relief to Americans that have been harmed by the healthcare law and its accompanying regulations. As legislators looks to unwind many of the burdens created under Obamacare, Congress and the President should continue to strive for long-term, free-market solutions that empower patients to make healthcare decisions that best fit their needs.
