John Testerman joins JLL’s Raleigh office as Senior Director

CAROLINAS, May 6 2024 - JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group announced today that John Testerman has joined the Raleigh office as Senior Director. Testerman will work closely with Ketan Patel who leads hotel investment sales in the mid-Atlantic region, as well as Travis Anderson and Pete Pitroff who head the Carolinas office. With over twelve years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Testerman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise focusing on the investment sales and advisory to JLL's Hotels & Hospitality team.

Testerman's career in commercial real estate began in 2012, and since then, he has established himself as a highly regarded professional within the industry. He holds a degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University, where he not only excelled academically but also developed a passion for the real estate world.

In his role as Senior Director, Testerman will be responsible for overseeing key client accounts, providing strategic investment sales guidance and expanding JLL's hospitality presence in the Carolinas.
