Henderson Police Arrest Attempted Homicide Suspects

Henderson, Nev. - (January 26, 2023) On 1/12/23 at about 3:00 am, Henderson Police and Fire were dispatched to the area of the 400 block of Tranquil Peak Court in reference to a report of a shooting.

Henderson Investigators, along with the assistance from the Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT), identified five subjects in connection to the attempted homicide.

Investigators identified the suspects involved as 28-year-old Raven Queen, 26-year-old Derrick Roberts, and three juveniles.

Queen and Roberts were taken into custody and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on the following offenses:

1 count Attempt Murder with a Deadly Weapon
1 count Battery with use of a Deadly Weapon causing Substantial Bodily Harm
1 count Robbery with a Deadly Weapon
1 count Burglary while in Possession of a Deadly Weapon
1 count of Home Invasion

The three juveniles were each charged with the above listed offenses.

The CAT Task Force is an FBI-led federal fugitive task force consisting of the FBI Las Vegas Division, Henderson Police Department (HPD), North Las Vegas Police Department (NLVPD), Nevada State Police (NSP) and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD).
