Russian peacekeepers provided humanitarian assistance to more than 50 children from low-income families in the village of Kochogot in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Specialists of the humanitarian response center of the Russian peacekeeping contingent presented gifts to more than 50 children from low-income families in the Mardakert district of Nagorno-Karabakh as part of the humanitarian action.

During a humanitarian action at a school in the village of Kochogot, Russian peacekeepers, together with philanthropists, presented toys and sweet gifts to children. Russian peacekeepers also planned to hold a similar humanitarian action together with public benefactors in the village of Jenetek, Mardakert district, Nagorno-Karabakh.

Specialists of the humanitarian response center of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in the first quarter of 2022 will conduct more than 30 humanitarian actions together with philanthropists for needy residents in cities and remote areas of Nagorno-Karabakh.

In accordance with the agreements specified in the joint statement of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, a complete cease-fire and all military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh were declared from 00: 00 Moscow time on November 10, 2020.

A peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation has been deployed to monitor the ceasefire and military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh.
