Sole shareholder of Bereke Bank decided not to pay dividends on the bank's common shares for 2023

/KASE, April 26, 2024/ - Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated April 23, 2024. The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions: - to approve the bank's financial statements for 2023; - to retain net income in the amount of 28,962 million tenge; - not to pay dividends on the bank's common shares for 2023 due to the risk of reducing equity capital. The shareholder made decisions on a total of six issues on the meeting agenda.
