At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the O'Hearn nomination. Following the cloture vote the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

At 2:20pm, there will be a roll call vote on confirmation of the O'Hearn nomination. Additional roll call votes in relation to discharging nomination(s) are expected during Tuesday's session of the Senate.
