During the week from 15 to 21 April included (week 16), the business courts pronounced 214 bankruptcies, resulting in a total of 676 job losses.

The figures for week 16 reveal a stabilisation of the number of bankruptcies and a decrease in the number of job losses compared to the previous week.

During the first 16 weeks of 2024, the business courts pronounced 3,500 bankruptcies. This figure is 13.4% higher than in the first 16 weeks of 2023 and 26.7% higher than in the same weeks of 2022.

Job losses amount to 11,805 in 2024, an increase of 17.7% compared to 2023 and of 72.2% compared to 2022.
