Fried Frank advises on the sale of Deutsche Bank’s London Headquarters

Fried Frank acted as counsel to the seller side in relation to the disposal of Winchester House which is one of the City's most significant post-Covid transactions. The 310,000 square foot Winchester House is Deutsche Bank's current London headquarters and has been sold to a joint venture between Malaysian based Gamuda and Castleforge Partners.

The Fried Frank team was led by Darren Rogers, the head of the London Real Estate Group.
