State below in reasonable detail why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.)

iSun, Inc. (the "Company") has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024 (the "2023 Form 10-K") by the prescribed due date for the reasons described below.

The Form 10-Q could not be filed within the prescribed time period required without unreasonable effort and expense because additional time is required by the Company's management to prepare and compile certain financial information to be included in the Form 10-Q due to the unexpected departure of the Company's Chief Financial Officer and appointment of an Interim Chief Financial Officer. The Company is diligently preparing such financial information for inclusion in the Form 10-Q and anticipates filing its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2024 within the five-day extension period.
