SITC 2024 Shanghai Staff Symposium Briefing

On 4th November 2024, SITC 2024 Shanghai Regional Staff Symposium was held in Shanghai Zhangjiang Office Building. Mr Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SITC, Mr Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Mr Li Xiangsheng, President of SITC Lines, Mr Ji Wenguang, President of SITC Shipping, Mr Zhang Haiyu, Assistant to the President, Mr Guo Ruqian, Vice President of SITC Logistics, heads of related companies and 39 employees in Shanghai attended the symposium.

At the meeting, Mr Yang pointed out that the sustainable development of the company relies on each position, the frontline staff are the executors of efficient processes, and the problems, difficulties and pain points found by the frontline staff in their work are the basis for improving work efficiency and customer satisfaction. At the same time, the company attaches importance to the sense of belonging of the employees and creates a working atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, as well as providing employees with a safe and comfortable learning and office environment. Participants spoke enthusiastically and shared their summaries and discoveries since joining the company, and put forward several rationalisation suggestions in terms of improving efficiency, cost control, process optimisation, talent training and working environment.
