Medically Speaking Featuring Shannon Bryant, LMHC

Kaleida Health's Medically Speaking series aims to share the vast knowledge of our clinical experts with the community via social media, especially those with decreased accessibility to important health-related information.

Shannon Bryant, LMHC, chief diversity and inclusion officer, Kaleida Health, talks about the important work being done within the organization to educate the workforce on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Bryant also discusses the social determinants of health and how engaging the workforce with DEI will assist being able to deliver on our mission statement of advancing the health of our community.
