NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 5/26/2024

On April 17, 2024, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern special investigator hiring standards.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 26, 2024, and are effective on May 26, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 250, July 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO's website no later than 5/26/2024.
