On April 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Stephen Peters, age 51, last known address of 245 California Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic - Violation No Contact Order. Mr. Peters was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On April 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged James Main, age 27, last known address of 23 Bowling Lane, Bradford, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles To/From Institution; and 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Main was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On April 22, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Felix Hernandez-Rosado, age 22, last known address of 54 Power Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Assault on Correctional Officer (Two Counts). Mr. Hernandez-Rosado was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On April 24, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Tasia Hodge, age 28, of last known address 217 Wood Street, Apartment #2, Bristol, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles To/From Institution; and 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Less than 10 Grams. Ms. Hodge was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On April 24, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Devanji Powell, age 49, of last known address 655 Public Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Powell was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On April 24, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Matthew Rios, age 34, of last known address 154 Alverson Avenue, 3rd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Rios was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
