Shearman & Sterling advised Allgaier Group on a comprehensive restructuring of its financing involving a guarantee of the state Baden-Württemberg. This ensures the financing for new investments and the preconditions for an increase in revenue and return in the next years are met.

Allgaier, headquartered in Uhingen, Baden-Wuerttemberg, is a lightweight manufacturing specialist and innovation leader in the field of sheet metal forming and a system supplier, primarily for German premium car manufacturers. In its process technology division, Allgaier develops innovative solutions in the area of plant engineering for a variety of industrial customers.
