Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Recognizes Topaz Kirlew During Women’s History Month

Congratulations to Topaz Kirlew, vice president, Regulatory Affairs, a 2024 Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) Luminary! Topaz received this honor for Accelerating Transformational Leadership and driving significant positive change.

HBA is a global non-profit organization that is advancing the impact of women in the business of healthcare, while elevating careers and supporting personal and professional growth. The group is committed to achieving gender equity in leadership positions, facilitating career and business connections, and enabling companies to realize the full potential of their female talent.

After nearly three years with Integra, Topaz has made significant contributions to the Tissue Technologies regulatory strategy, submissions, and compliance, while partnering closely with the Food & Drug Administration. Most recently, she has spearheaded the regulatory pathway for the SurgiMend® Pre-Market Approval in implant-based breast reconstruction. Topaz is also a proud mentor to other female talent throughout the company and member of Integra's Women's Leadership Council and Black Employees United at Integra for Leadership and Development (B.U.I.L.D.)
