TRAFFIC ALERT - Kent County - Kenton Road Improvements Project
Kenton Road Improvements Project
Dover - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces work will begin on Kenton Road starting on Monday, March 4th. The project will be broken into phases with the first being utility relocations and installing temporary fences which will operate under intermittent lane closures.
The entire project will last approximately 18 months and include: widening of travel lanes, additional travel lanes, shared use paths, sidewalks, bike lanes, roadway lighting, a roundabout at Kenton/Chestnut Grove Road, additional turn lanes, and drainage/stormwater facilities.
