Cleary Team Named Litigator of the Week Finalists for Representing Allergan

Cleary Gottlieb partners Roger Cooper, Jared Gerber, and Abena Mainoo and associates Sabrina Singer, Nicholas Maisel, and Ayushe Misra were selected as "Litigator of the Week" finalists by The American Lawyer's Litigation Daily.

The team successfully represented Allergan and certain of its directors and officers in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in securing affirmance of a summary judgment ruling in a securities class action.
