GTA again named Great Place to Work®

For the fourth consecutive year, the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) has been designated as a Great Place to Work® by a global authority on workplace culture.

The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at GTA. Among the survey findings:

87% say that GTA is a great place to work.

96% say that when you join GTA, you are made to feel welcome.

96% say people at GTA are given a lot of responsibility.

95% say they feel good about the ways GTA contributes to the community.

"Our team is filled with talented, skilled professionals committed to serving our state and using technology to benefit Georgians," said State CIO and GTA Executive Director Shawnzia Thomas. "We are glad our employees feel good about working at GTA, and we will look to the insights they offered in the survey as we continue to improve our organization."

GTA has earned Great Place to Work® certification since 2021, an achievement Director of Human Resources Tamara Mosley attributes to consistent and intentional focus on the overall employee experience. "Beyond being a great place to work, we want GTA to be the best place our team members have ever worked. We intend to keep building a culture with an emphasis on teamwork, innovation, wellness, and recognition."
