The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Timothy Joshua Adam Carnahan, registered at 3402 14th Ave. S. in Fargo. Carnahan was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Carnahan and his offense:

Fargo, North Dakota

Carnahan was convicted of the following charges:
• U.S. Federal Court (North Dakota) in 2018: Attempt to Engage in Sexual Act.
• Cowlitz District Court (Washington) in 2012: Indecent Liberties. His victim was a 17-year-old female.
• Cowlitz Juvenile Court (Washington) in 2006: Incest - 1st Degree. His victim was a 4-year-old female.

Carnahan is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
