Annually updated and published by Thomson Reuters, the treatise provides in-depth guidance regarding Section 337 investigations at the US International Trade Commission (ITC). The ITC investigates a range of intellectual property based unfair competition disputes, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, as well as trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, and more, with respect to products that are imported into, sold for importation into, and/or sold in the United States after importation from abroad.
