/KASE, March 1, 2024/ - Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 26, 2024, the following changes were made to the bank's Board of Directors: - removed: B. Abisheva; - elected: V. Son. Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Bereke Bank JSC consists of seven persons: A. Yelemessov, M. Madiyev, M. Nuridenuly, A. Saidenov, V.
