Privacy & Cybersecurity Law Report Publishes Akin Gump Article Examining CJEU Decision on UK, French, Belgian National Security Laws

Privacy & Cybersecurity Law Report has published the article 'Further Tension Between National Security and Protecting Privacy: Latest EU Judgments.' The article, written by Akin Gump partners Natasha Kohne and Michelle Reed, co-heads of the firm's cybersecurity, privacy and data protection practice; counsel Jenny Arlington; and associates Rachel Kurzweil, Jay Jamooji and Sahar Abas, was first published as an Akin Gump client alert.
