Pursuant to our dividend policy, our Board of Directors on August 4, 2022 declared a quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of 2022 in the amount of $0.12 per share. That dividend is payable on September 28, 2022 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 14, 2022.
