'MONGOLIA STOCK EXCHANGE' HAS PAID AND CENTRALIZED THE DIVIDEND OF MNT 500.0 MILLION FROM THE AMOUNT OF NET PROFIT IN 2021 TO THE STATE BUDGET

Within the framework of the implementation of the Law on the budget of Mongolia for 2022, Resolution No. 88 of the National Assembly dated November 12, 2021, 2.1 and 2.2 of Government Resolution No. 388 of December 22, 2021, Resolution No. 4 of 2022 of the Minister of Finance Based on the 3rd clauses of the Order No. 99 dated June 29 and the Resolution No. 307 of the State Property Policy and Regulation Department dated June 30, 2022 respectively, according to the decision of the Board of Directors of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" on September 30, 2022, a dividend of MNT 500,000,000 (Five hundred million) from the company's net profit for 2021 has been paid and allocated to the State budget.
