Partial closure on S MacDill Ave between W Gandy Blvd and W Hawthorne St begins June 13 for Road Restoration Project

Starting at 9am on June 13, Wastewater Department crews will close a section of S MacDill Ave between W Gandy Blvd and W Hawthorne St to complete a road restoration project. Signage and traffic control devices will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area. Safe access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area.

Restoration work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, June 16. Normal traffic patterns will then resume. A map of the work area and recommended detour routes is embedded below. Work schedules are contingent upon weather conditions.
