Sessions held with psychologists and officers on ideological work and moral-psychological support

Sessions with the chiefs of branches and subdivisions for ideological work and moral-psychological support of types of troops, Army Corps, formations, units, and special educational institutions (chairs and cycles, respectively), as well as assistant chiefs of staff of military units for ideological work and moral-psychological support and psychologists were held at the Training and Educational Center of the Azerbaijan Army under the training plan for 2024.
First, the memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, and the Shehids, who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, was honored with observing a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
The Chief of the Main Department for Personnel, Major General Mushfig Mammadov spoke about the increase in the level of combat readiness, combat capabilities and the patriotic spirit of the personnel of the Azerbaijan Army as a result of the successful implementation of the important tasks set to the Azerbaijan Army by Supreme Commander-in-Chief. The session emphasized that the large-scale reforms held in Azerbaijan led to the increase in the combat and moral-psychological readiness of the Army, as well as delivered to the participants the Defense Minister's instructions on the work to be done in the relevant field within 2024.
Officers of various departments and military units of the Defense Ministry shared their ideas and opinions about the work done in increasing the moral-psychological level of the personnel and other issues affecting the combat capability of the Army.
In accordance with the plan, speeches were heard on the basis of information security, socio-political events in the region and the world and other topics.
