Cape Coral's 2023 Annual Financial Reports Now Available

Cape Coral's Financial Services Department published the City's 2023 Popular Annual Financial Report, Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Financial Statements.
The Popular Annual Financial Report is a distilled, 12-page version of the City's 213-page Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. The truncated report was created to enhance transparency and the public's access to the City's official financial reporting. This is the second year of publishing this report. The 2022 report earned an award for outstanding achievement.
The CRA Financial Statements cover finances from the special taxing district in the community redevelopment area of south Cape Coral.
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report provides audited financial statements, notes, unaudited statistical information, and management discussion. The City was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 37th consecutive year for the Fiscal Year 2022 report.
