Department Directive 01-072121: Rescission of Directive Regarding Day Services for Consumers at High Risk for Serious Illness Due To Covid-19
The Department of Developmental Services' August 10, 2020 Directive regarding this subject is hereby rescinded. Attendance at day services for people who have compromised immune systems, are more susceptible to respiratory illness and/or who reside in Adult Residential Facilities for Persons with Special Health Care Needs, Intermediate Care Facilities/Developmentally Disabled-Nursing and -Continuous Nursing should be determined by each individual and their planning team, taking into consideration overall health status and associated risks.
