On October 10, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125 /2014, of 18 August, decided to adopt a non-opposition decision with conditions and obligations to the concentration operation identified above, in accordance with paragraph b) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of article 50 of the Law No. 19/2012, of May 8, considering that it, following the changes introduced by the Notifier, through the commitments assumed, is not likely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part of it .
