HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- To help business insurance customers access vital risk management information from anywhere, at any time, Travelers (NYSE: TRV) announced today the mobile version of e-CARMA, its proven Risk Management Information System application. Developed by Travelers National Accounts and Risk Management Information Services (RMIS), the mobile e-CARMA platform will be accessible on any mobile device with a Web browser, including the iPhone^(R) and BlackBerry^(R) smartphones.

e-CARMA is the visual front-end to Travelers' suite of RMIS products, which has always allowed customers to report claims instantly, access documentation anywhere in the claim process and review key information, such as adjuster's case notes.
