Celebrity Broker Erin Lichy Joins Compass to Launch Team with Alexandra Hedaya

New York, NY - April 17, 2024 - Compass, the largest residential real estate company in the U.S. by sales volume, welcomes Erin Lichy, formerly of the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman, to its agent roster. Lichy joins Compass to spearhead a new team alongside Alexandra Hedaya, a seasoned Compass agent. They will specialize in marketing unique properties in New York City, the Hamptons, and Florida. Together, they share a vision of redefining how they serve their clients by blending their expertise in luxury marketing, interior design, entertainment, and sales.

The team has significant expertise in the new development sector. Lichy has sold new developments since she attended graduate school at New York University and climbed to be her former team's head of new development in Brooklyn. Overall, she has represented eight high-profile new development projects, including working on the launch of Olympia Dumbo and 540 West, ascending what marketing modern luxury looks like in Northwest Brooklyn and Hell's Kitchen.

Hedaya will bring a global perspective, a wealth of experience, and some of the top listings on the market to the partnership. The Paris native's active listings include a $30.5 million elevated residence at the Rafael Vinoly-designed 432 Park Ave and notable sales on the buy side of217 W 57th St, Unit 69E, which went into contract in January with an asking price of $24.5 million. Hedaya also has a rich background in luxury marketing for brands such as Chanel, Bottega, and Veneta. Together with Lichy, they are fluent in seven languages including French, English, and Spanish.

Lichy will continue to design beautiful homes and play a prominent role in the hit television series Real Housewives of New York. She will leverage her expertise and the spotlight to elevate her new team's approachable brand and provide an advantage to her global clientele.

The team will be called the "Erin + Alex Team at Compass" and work out of Compass HQ at 110 Fifth Avenue. Their first listing as a team is a Sutton Place $7.75 million.
