Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Town of Brookhaven, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Swan River Habitat Restoration will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the restoration of a one acre site (former automobile dealership) by removing invasive plants, stabilizing the ground to reduce sediment run-off into Swan River, plant native species and provide a footpath and benches for passive recreational use. The project is located 550 East Main Street in East Patchogue Town of Brookhaven, New York.
