Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On November 13, 2023, Anastasiya "Stasy" Pasterick, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Nikola Corporation (the "Company"), informed the Company that she is resigning from her position to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Pasterick will continue to serve as CFO and assist with a transition through December 1, 2023. The Company is grateful to Ms. Pasterick for her service and contributions. The Company expects to conclude a search for a replacement in short order. In the interim, key financial leadership will report directly to Stephen J. Girsky, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer.
On November 13, 2023, the Company decided, in recognition of Ms. Pasterick's contributions, to accelerate the vesting of an aggregate of 113,014 restricted stock units held by Ms. Pasterick, which were scheduled to vest over time.
