Giant Panda 'Dian Dian' Returns to Beijing Zoo for Public Display

On the morning of January 10, the Beijing Zoo welcomed back another beloved resident, the female giant panda named "Dian Dian." Although previously known only by name, visitors can now see her in person.

Dian Dian's name tag reads: Daughter of Ying Hua, born on June 20, 2015. Dian Dian is a little princess who enjoys acting acute. Certainly, she's particular about her food. She has an interesting character; sometimes she acts like a lady, lost in thought, and at other times, she behaves like a naughty girl, running around. Born on the Dragon Boat Festival, she is also known as "A Flower of Dragon Boat Festival".

It is reported that "Dian Dian" arrived at the Beijing Zoo with "Meng Lan" in 2017, but she fell ill shortly after being displayed and was kept in the backyard for many years. After a long absence, "Dian Dian" has returned to the public display again, much to the delight of visitors.
