The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing person.
Manuel, 66, was last seen on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 12:30 p.m., in the Eglinton Avenue East and Don Mills Road area.
Manuel is described as 5'5", 180lbs, with short brown hair. Manuel was last seen wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and had a green backpack.
Police are concerned for their safety.
