Restricted Burning Season Commences Today 1 April

As of today, 1 April, the Shire of Denmark is now in the Restricted Burning Period.
From 1 April - 30 April, you cannot light a fire without a Permit to Burn, signed off by your local Fire Control Officer. If a permit is issued, it is issued under strict conditions.

Please note: Due to the dry conditions and the continuing bushfire risk, Fire Control Officers are unlikely to issue permits.
