The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Ballard Petroleum Holdings LLC (F031331, P0037450):

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ballard Petroleum Holdings LLC (CMP001954) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Kinney Divide Federal 21-3-10 PH (F031331), with one smokeless dual-tip flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 3, T50N, R76W, approximately twenty-four (24) miles west of Gillette, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031331 and permit number P0037450 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Wyoming.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ballard Petroleum Holdings LLC (CMP001954) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the KT NENE14 Battery (F031330), consisting of the KT Fed 31-14-23 MH, 31-14-23 NH, 41-14-23 NH and 41-14-23 TH, with one smokeless air-assisted flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 14, T42N, R74W, approximately four (4) miles east of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031330 and permit number P0037449 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming.
